Em uma formulação de tinta, os aditivos são tensoativos que auxiliam tanto no processo de fabricação quanto no desempenho do produto.
Uma das etapas mais críticas durante a fabricação de tintas é o processo de dispersão dos pigmentos no meio, o qual requer alta demanda de energia e tempo. Os agentes umectantes e dispersantes de pigmento são fundamentais para auxiliar nessa etapa. Garantem homogeneidade, estabilidade e viscosidade adequadas, facilitando a incorporação de colorantes para agregar valor ao produto final.
A linha OXITIVE® foi desenvolvida a partir dessas necessidades e das tendências do mercado. Composta por tensoativos multifuncionais, permite formular tintas de alto desempenho, competitivas e mais sustentáveis, com baixo VOC (compostos orgânicos voláteis), APE-free (isentos de alquilfenol etoxilado) e baixa formação de espuma. Sua alta capacidade de umectação de pigmentos e sua ampla faixa de HLB permitem maior flexibilidade ao formulador.
