This strategic move strengthens Indovinya’s specialty surfactants offering and solutions growth trajectory.
This acquisition includes valuable trademarks, customer relationships, patents, tolling rights, and an R&D facility in Houston, Texas. The renowned KEMELIX® and FLOWSOLVE® brand products represent core additions to Indovinya’s growing portfolio of innovative solutions, which are celebrated for their high-quality formulations and exceptional performance in optimizing operations in the oil and gas sector. These products are vital to demulsification and flow assurance processes, addressing critical challenges in energy extraction and improving our customers’ operational efficiency, reinforcing our values and commitment to our customers.
Demulsifiers
The KEMELIX® brand products offer high-performance demulsifiers that facilitate the economical separation and removal of water from crude oil. Its best-in-class product range covers alkoxylates, polyamine derivatives, and modified polyols. They are highly effective under the most demanding field conditions, including heavy oil, low temperature, and low/high water applications.
Asphaltene and Wax Inhibitors
The FLOWSOLVE® brand products feature industry-leading asphaltene and wax inhibitors designed to improve the end-to-end flow of crude oil from the reservoir to the refinery. Its optimized range of additives are designed to suit different crude oil types, such as onshore, offshore, and deepwater.
