      Indovinya was honored in the 2024 IEL Talent Award, one of Brazil\u2019s most important initiatives for recognizing development programs for young professionals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        These achievements reflect our dedication to building a strong, future-focused innovation culture, supported by continued investment in initiatives such as Inova Talentos\u2014a program that connects companies with high-potential graduates through scholarships of up to two years for applied innovation projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Since 2016, more than 85 fellows, including undergraduates, master\u2019s, and PhD graduates, have worked in various strategic areas at Indovinya.
