Um desbalanceio entre esses fatores pode causar efeitos indesej\u00e1veis \u00e0 cultura e ao meio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O <strong>SURFOM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> CE 8115<\/strong>, \u00e9 um \u00e9ster derivado do \u00e1cido c\u00edtrico e do isopentanol, cujas mat\u00e9rias primas s\u00e3o provenientes de fontes naturais. 100\u00b0C;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li>Compat\u00edvel com equipamentos de processos e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O poder de solv\u00eancia de\u00a0<strong>SURFOM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> CE 8115<\/strong>\u00a0foi testado para alguns ativos agroqu\u00edmicos, cuja solubilidade de alguns foi, inclusive, superior ao conhecido pelo mercado, conforme tabela\u00a0a seguir:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oxiteno.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Tabela3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19344\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As solubilidades\u00a0alcan\u00e7adas foram estressadas a baixas e altas temperaturas, garantindo\u00a0que as concentra\u00e7\u00f5es atingidas fossem est\u00e1veis sob todas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es sem que haja crescimento de cristal em condi\u00e7\u00f5es extremas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para testar as propriedades de\u00a0Fitotoxicidade\u00a0do\u00a0SURFOM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> CE 8115 foram usadas\u00a0folhas de<em>\u00a0Poinsetia, as quais\u00a0<\/em>foram analisadas por um per\u00edodo de 24h ap\u00f3s a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o<em>.<\/em>\u00a0Nas imagens a seguir, pode-se notar a maior severidade dos solventes convencionais frente ao\u00a0SURFOM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> CE 8115:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oxiteno.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Tabela4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19345\" width=\"838\" height=\"559\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outra caracter\u00edstica muito interessante do\u00a0SURFOM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> CE 8115\u00a0\u00e9 sua capacidade de reduzir o ponto de fluidez do \u00e9ster met\u00edlico de soja, um solvente que apresenta boas\u00a0propriedades,\u00a0mas perde fluidez em temperaturas anteriores a 0\u00b0C, dificultando o manuseio dos produtos em locais de temperatura mais baixas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um teste simples de fluidez foi realizado para avaliar o ponto de fluidez de amostras de SURFOM<sup>\u00ae <\/sup>CE 8115,\u00a0\u00e9ster met\u00edlico de soja e a mistura 1:1 de ambos, em que a temperatura\u00a0era reduzida de 3 em 3\u00b0C.\u00a0Pelas fotos abaixo, considerando que o ponto de fluidez \u00e9 determinado pela temperatura em que o fluido para de escoar acrescido de 3\u00b0, verifica-se\u00a0que \u00e0 -3\u00b0C\u00a0o \u00e9ster met\u00edlico perde fluidez\u00a0enquanto misturado ao SURFOM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> \u00a0CE 8115, mant\u00e9m-se flu\u00eddo.\u00a0Somente ao atingir -9\u00b0C, verifica-se a perda de fluidez da mistura dos solventes.\u00a0Sendo assim, o uso de SURFOM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> CE 8115 como cossolvente\u00a0em sistemas de baixo ponto de fluidez\u00a0\u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia promissora.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oxiteno.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Tabela5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19347\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensando na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0<strong>SURFOM<sup>\u00ae <\/sup>\u00a0CE 8115<\/strong>\u00a0como solvente principal para\u00a0emulsion\u00e1veis concentrados (EC)\u00a0foi desenvolvido uma formula\u00e7\u00e3o sugestiva para\u00a0Protioconazol\u00a0200 g\/L\u00a0conforme tabela abaixo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oxiteno.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Tabela6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19348\" width=\"753\" height=\"434\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A formula\u00e7\u00e3o foi estressada em temperaturas extremas entre 0 e 54\u00baC e se manteve est\u00e1vel ap\u00f3s 30 dias, sem forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cristais em baixas temperaturas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oxiteno.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Tabela7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19350\" width=\"449\" height=\"361\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A versatilidade e efici\u00eancia\u00a0do\u00a0<strong>SURFOM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> \u00a0CE 8115<\/strong>, alinhadas com a baixa Fitotoxicidade e bom perfil GHS fazem dele uma \u00f3tima op\u00e7\u00e3o para formula\u00e7\u00f5es de Defensivos l\u00edquidas.
