En una formulación de pintura, los aditivos son tensioactivos que ayudan tanto en el proceso de fabricación como en el rendimiento del producto.
Uno de los pasos más críticos durante la fabricación de pintura es el proceso de dispersión de pigmentos en el medio, que requiere una gran demanda de energía y tiempo. Los agentes humectantes y dispersantes de pigmentos son esenciales para ayudar en este paso. Garantizan una adecuada homogeneidad, estabilidad y viscosidad, facilitando la incorporación de colorantes para añadir valor al producto final.
La línea OXITIVE® fue desarrollada en base a estas necesidades y tendencias del mercado. Compuesto por tensioactivos multifuncionales, permite la formulación de pinturas de alto rendimiento, competitivas y más sostenibles, con bajos VOC (compuestos orgánicos volátiles), libres de APE (libres de alquilfenol etoxilado) y baja formación de espuma. Su alta capacidad humectante de pigmentos y su amplio rango HLB permiten una mayor flexibilidad al formulador.
